As a Managing Director with SC&H Capital, Craig brings a strategic and in-depth approach to each client, positioning the key aspects of their story in order to tailor the best message to potential buyers.
Since joining SC&H Capital in 2016, Craig has focused predominantly on M&A transactions and financial and strategic advisory involving high-growth, middle-market companies. He specializes in advising founder and family-owned businesses as well as corporate divestitures. Beginning his career on the buy-side with private equity, he brings a unique perspective to his sell-side advisory clients.
Craig’s experience spans industries and has aided in the sale of organizations in:

- Software & Technology-Enabled Services
- Healthcare
Craig holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola University Maryland.
He is a board member of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore and is always excited to meet others who are passionate about making an impact in the Baltimore community. He also services on the board of the IJoP Fund in Upstate New York.
A native of the Adirondacks, Craig is an avid skier. Despite living in Maryland (where skiing isn’t quite the same) he still tries to hit the slopes every chance he gets. That said, he spends most of his free time with his wife on sports fields with two very active kids. Craig is a coach in Roland Park Baseball League’s rec and travel programs.
