As a certified partner of both Ultimate Software and Ceridian, Wise provides full vendor-side and client-implementation services for UKG Pro and Dayforce, along with ancillary HCM consulting services. Prior to the transaction with RSM, Wise was a 100% employee-owned company.
SC&H has worked with the Company since 2016 when Wise transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). After a period of growth, the Company recently reached an inflection point with corporate infrastructure investment needs and a competitive landscape that was consolidating significantly. As a result, the Board of Wise elected to explore strategic alternatives with potential buyers that could position the company for continued future growth. Given the unique employee ownership dynamic, Wise retained SC&H to assist the Board in evaluating, negotiating, and executing the transaction with RSM to ensure an optimal outcome for the employee-owners.
