Brady Richardson is a Vice President with SC&H Capital where he advises on debt and equity solutions to meet the capital needs of business owners and financial sponsors. Brady excels at crafting tailored structures, identifying ideal financing partners, and navigating complex situations.
With a proven track record of structuring over $2.5 billion in solely managed and directly placed transactions, Brady focuses on solving the “capital puzzle” for each client. He’s passionate about assisting owners and stakeholders in achieving their strategic goals by forming ideal capital solutions. His experience translates broadly across each transaction. Brady works on developing credit profiles, evaluating borrowers for rating processes, composing a market strategy, and connecting clients with appropriate financiers, including commercial banks, private credit firms, institutional investors, and family offices. Brady also facilitates the execution of transactions, ensuring that clients receive proper advocacy and guidance; ultimately, leading to a smooth closing process for all parties.
Brady is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). He has spoken on industry panels dedicated to capital solutions for middle market borrowers and the broader capital markets.
When not with his team or with clients, Brady enjoys an active lifestyle. He enjoys being outdoors and you typically can find him sailing, skiing, or hiking when time allows. Brady and his wife recently celebrated the birth of their first child, and he proudly bears the title of “Dad”.
