Ryan Burghauser, a Principal with our Advisory & Transformation practice, has been with the firm since 2015. Ryan specializes in helping organizations navigate the complexities of modern finance by transforming their consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting processes. He enjoys collaborating with client leadership on establishing a platform and process capable of evolving with the organization’s long-term goals and strategies. He is responsible for leading numerous OneStream platform implementations from complex consolidations and tax reporting to financial planning and modeling.
Internally, he is actively involved in fostering individual and team development within the BPM practice. Notably, Ryan assisted in establishing and leading SC&H’s internal OneStream center of excellence, which promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the team—an initiative he also executes for clients.
Ryan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a certified OneStream Lead Architect.
In his personal life, Ryan cherishes quality time spent with his wife and two dogs. They share a passion for watching movies, playing golf, snowboarding, and rooting for the Baltimore Ravens and Milwaukee Bucks.
