Kiki Oosterwijk is a Senior Vice President in the SC&H Capital practice, specializing in business valuation, with a focus on buy-side ESOP transaction advisory services and annual ESOP updates and administration. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has provided essential valuation services to clients across a diverse range of industries.
Kiki thrives on building strong, long-term client relationships through recurring annual engagements. She is passionate about witnessing the growth and evolution of her clients’ businesses over time, especially the positive impact ESOPs have on employee owners and company culture.
She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers, holds an MBA from Loyola University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College at Towson University. Recognized as one of the Greater Baltimore region’s next generation of business leaders, Kiki was named a Baltimore Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree in November 2022. She was also selected as one of the Top 20 Towson University Alumni under 30.
Outside of the office, Kiki serves as the Chair of the Baltimore Leadership Council for the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, dedicating time and effort to further the organization’s impactful mission. She also actively contributes to her alma mater, Towson University. She previously served as an adjunct professor in the College of Business and Economics and looks forward to future teaching opportunities.
A proud Baltimore native, Kiki’s roots run deep in the city where she was born and raised and continues to call home. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and an active lifestyle. Her free time is filled with travel, skiing, scuba diving, golfing, playing piano, exploring the latest and greatest city food scenes, and cheering on the home teams.
